Role Description

This is a full-time pay per visit role role for an Occupational Therapist located in Ventura County. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to patients, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, and developing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid California Occupational Therapist License
• Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation skills
• Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance
• Experience in working with Home Health patients preferred
• Knowledge of medical practices and procedures
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
