Job summary

Soliant is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our special education team in Oregon, supporting students in an elementary school to develop the functional skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and independently in the school environment.

Responsibilities include evaluations, goal setting in IEPs, direct therapy with individuals and small groups, collaboration with teachers and other therapists, and careful documentation to meet state and federal regulations; a

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility).
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEPs, and school-based occupational therapy best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple school sites (if applicable).

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and billing records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development.
