Job summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join our Riverside, CA team. The role focuses on outpatient pediatric care, working exclusively with infants in a child-friendly clinic. A background in pediatrics is preferred, and a formal training program includes mentoring.

You will provide direct patient care with minimal paperwork, with opportunities for growth, and a traditional weekday schedule with no nights and little weekend work.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with eligibility to work in the U.S.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf devices (e.g. splints, braces)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to infants in a pediatric outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and nursing staff to support developmental goals.
• Participate in Cranial Technologies' training and mentorship programs.

We are currently looking for a full-time Clinician to join our team in Riverside, CA.

This position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. This is a unique opportunity to treat patients in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic.

• PTs and OTs are an excellent fit with their background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.
• Registered Nurses are a great fit with their experience in hands-on patient care and compassion for families as well as their capability to treat the whole patient.
• Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists & Certified Orthotists are also a strong fit because of their hands-on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.

A background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary as we have a formal training program that includes mentoring.

• The pay range for this position is $90,000 - 100,000. Pay is dependent on the applicant's tenure in their field and relevant experience.
• This position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.
