Job summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician in Fresno, CA to treat infants in a pediatric outpatient setting using the DOC Band and EarWell. You will work closely with families and pediatricians to evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and ear-shape concerns.

Licensed physical therapists are preferred; a formal training program with mentoring is provided. The role offers a stable schedule, no nights, minimal weekend work, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide company.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with current license in good standing
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf devices (e.g., splints, braces)
• Pediatrics background preferred; formal training program with mentoring offered

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell.
• Direct patient care in a pediatric outpatient setting.
• Build strong relationships with families at every stage of treatment.
• Participate in Cranial Technologies’ training and mentoring programs.

We are currently looking for a full-time Clinician to join our team in Fresno, CA.

This position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. This is a unique opportunity to treat patients in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic.

As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents alike look to our Clinicians as the experts in evaluation and in treatment of plagiocephaly as well as conditions involving misshapen ears. Our treating Clinicians develop great relationships with our families at every stage of their treatment process.

We hire from various backgrounds because each background is a great fit in its own way.

• PTs and OTs are an excellent fit with their background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.
• Registered Nurses are a great fit with their experience in hands‑on patient care and compassion for families as well as their capability to treat the whole patient.
• Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists & Certified Orthotists are also a strong fit because of their hands‑on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.

A background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary as we have a formal training program that includes mentoring.

• The pay range for this position is $95,000 – $110,000. Pay is dependent on the applicant's tenure in their field and relevant experience.
