Job summary

Rosedale Health & Rehabilitation Richmond is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans to maximize independence, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.

We value growth and offer onboarding, ongoing training, and support for professional education to strengthen clinical skills and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
