Spring Meadows Health & Rehabilitation in Clarksville, TN invites an Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.

We seek a Graduate of an accredited OT program with an active OT license in Tennessee. Experience in Skilled Nursing settings is preferred, and we offer comprehensive benefits, paid time off, a 401(k), and opportunities for professional development.
