ISA Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to meet with multiple patients daily, assess needs, and craft customized, comprehensive therapy plans for mobility goals.

You will work with other doctors or health team members to arrange follow-up care, educate patients on lifestyle changes, and provide a positive, affirming presence in their lives. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and compassionate care for diverse cases.

Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient.
• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their mobility goals.
• Work closely with other members of each patient’s care team to provide adequate follow-up care.
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress.
