Job summary

CalvertHealth seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care in outpatient settings and to apply clinical OT treatment techniques per physician orders. You will document thoroughly, help with scheduling, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds and committee meetings.

New graduates with clinical rotations in outpatient settings will be considered. A Maryland license is required, and candidates with Hand Therapist credentials (CHT) are preferred or will be considered based on

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Maryland License - Maryland Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred; substantial hand therapy experience considered.

  • Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  
  
  • Demonstrated computer skills needed for completion of computerized medical records, billing records, and various other computerized tasks.
