Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency in Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered OT across a comprehensive continuum of care, from short-term rehab to long-term care and independent living.

The role emphasizes clinical reasoning, collaboration with nursing and interdisciplinary teams, and a commitment to quality-driven care over volume.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Wisconsin OT license or eligibility required.
• Experience with skilled nursing facilities and diverse patient needs is preferred.
