Job summary

Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled therapy to diverse patients in a fast-paced clinical setting on-site in Portland.

The role requires OT licensure in Oregon and completion of required certifications; we offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

Occupational Therapist (part - time, variable shift, temporary position) at Providence Portland Medical Center

Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or

• Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or

• Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent educ/experience

• Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent educ/experience

• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
