Medical Center SE Texas Port Arthur is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our care team and provide patient-centered OT services in accordance with hospital policies and applicable law. You will perform initial assessments, facilitate physical gains, and implement occupational therapy procedures and interventions while collaborating with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.

Licensure in Texas or eligibility is required, with ACLS/BLS/NRP certifications as designated

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program (BS or MS).
• Texas OT licensure or eligible.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP or equivalent certifications per department competencies.

Mansioni

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients using assessments and interventions.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans in line with hospital policies and applicable law.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Occupational Therapist is a skilled member of the health care team and provides occupational therapy services to patients

through the use of initial assessments, physical gains, occupational therapy procedures and interventions in accordance with the

established policies and procedures in the hospital and applicable law.
