Job summary

Casa Colina is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Pomona, CA. This part-time position provides evaluation, intervention, and education to patients with functional impairments resulting from injury or illness.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-39 hour weekly schedule. Lymphedema certification is required to apply, and CPR/AED and First Aid are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the Occupational Therapy Board of California.
• CPR/AED and First Aid are required for this position.
• Applicants with current BLS may be hired but must obtain AHA CPR/AED within thirty days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy evaluation and intervention to patients within scope of practice.
• Educate patients/clients and families on treatment plans and self-management.
• Ensure compliance with California OT Board regulations.

Salary Range: $87,360-$104,000/year

The Occupational Therapist provides Occupational Therapy Services to patients and clients within the regulations and scope of practice as determined by the Occupational Therapy Board, Department of Consumer Affairs, State of California. The Occupational Therapist provides evaluation, intervention, and education services to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Qualifications: Licensed by or Approved as a License Applicant by the Occupational Therapy Board, Department of Consumer Affairs, State of California. CPR/AED and First Aid are required. Applicants with current BLS may be hired, but must obtain AHA CPR/AED within thirty days of employment. For this position, the OT must be Lymphedema Certified to apply.
