Job summary

The Alliance for Infants and Toddlers is seeking an Occupational Therapist on a contract basis to provide multidisciplinary evaluations and assessments for eligibility for early intervention in Allegheny County. This role offers the opportunity to work with children from birth to 3 years old, guiding families and collaborating with caregivers to plan services and promote development.

Work is conducted in home and community settings, with flexible scheduling under contract.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy and a current state license.

Responsibilities

• You will have the opportunity to assess children ages birth to 3.
• Your role will be to work collaboratively with parents and other caregivers to assess children and develop plans. The end goal will be to help families foster the growth and developmental potential for each child.
• You participate as a team member with service coordinators and other therapists.
• The work is done in home and community-based settings.
• By contracting, thereis flexibility in scheduling. You tell us when you want to work.
• Day and evening work available.
