Job Summary

EDU-AIds is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students with disabilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ physical abilities, including assessments of physiology and anatomy knowledge relevant to pediatric care, as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized goals and objectives focused on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and child study team.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP compliance.
  • Participate in professional development and training as required.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications
  • Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings.
  • Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
