Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Lymphedema Specialist

Location: Orange County, FL (Orlando, Apopka, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, Lake Buena Vista, and surrounding areas)

Job Type: Full-Time, W-2

• OT (No CLT): $92,482+/year ($61/hour treatment, $12/hour non-treatment)
• OT (CLT): $96,616+/year ($64–$70/hour treatment, $12/hour non-treatment)

Join a clinician-led team, specializing in in-home lymphedema care. Focusing on structured, high-level care for lymphatic dysfunction, offering flexible schedules and career growth via our Clinical Ladder program in Orange County.

Occupational Therapist (OTR) Offerings:

• Paid CLT certification for LS1 candidates ($4,000+ value, with two-year commitment)
• Medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, PTO (4 hours/month), vacation (10 days/year)
• Paid documentation/drive time ($12/hour, ~$6,000+/year)
• Point-of-care documentation paid at treatment rate + 10 minutes/visit
• CEU support, short/long-term disability

Occupational Therapist (OTR) Role:

• Deliver 1-on-1 in-home lymphedema therapy
• Create and implement treatment plans

Occupational Therapist (OTR) Qualifications:

• CLT certification preferred (required for LS2 roles)
• 1+ year home health experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Two-year commitment for LS1 candidates

Occupational Therapist (OTR) Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Bend, stoop, and squat during treatment
