Qualifications

• Completed an Occupational Therapist program from an accredited university/college.
• Nebraska OT license, or willingness to obtain.
• Hand therapy experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Monday-Friday; five 8-hour shifts; with rotating weekends.
• Primarily outpatient with some inpatient coverage on the weekends.
• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary rehab team.
• Treat a wide range of conditions including upper extremity injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological diagnoses (CVA, TBI, Parkinson's), and geriatric weakness.
• Perform specialized interventions such as hand therapy, custom splinting/orthoses, cognitive and visual rehab, concussion management, and home safety assessments.
