Lumibility is seeking an outstanding Occupational Therapist to develop and implement family-centered activities that promote positive outcomes for children and families in the Norwich area.

Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license in Connecticut.
• Valid United States driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
• Internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and assessing children and families to assist with planning and implementing IFSPs.
• Completing and maintaining records in accordance with regulations.
• Performing service coordination to ensure Early Intervention services meet outcomes and state standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and assessing children and families to assist with planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSPs that meet individual developmental needs.
• Completing and maintaining records in accordance with applicable regulations and assignments.
• Performing functions of service coordinator, including ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes and meet standards established by the state’s quality assurance team.
