Job summary

Shippenville Nursing & Rehab in Shippenville, PA is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing and the care team to improve independence and quality of life.

New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. PA license or eligibility required; we use Net Health and PCC for documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ability to work within a SNF/LTC setting and adapt to diverse resident needs.
• Oral and written documentation proficiency for clinical notes and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with functional needs to improve independence.

• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing and the interdisciplinary care team.
