Position Overview

We are seeking Occupational Therapists for two opportunities in Dickinson, North Dakota. Whether you prefer an outpatient clinic environment or a hospital-based setting, both positions offer flexible scheduling options and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Dickinson community.

Opportunity 1: Outpatient Clinic

Join an established outpatient therapy clinic that has served the Dickinson community for more than 25 years.

• Opportunity to treat patients of various ages, including acute care patients
• PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules available
• $8,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time candidates
• $1,000/month housing stipend for the first six months for qualifying candidates who relocate

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individual needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Assist with the development and implementation of therapy programs
• Present in-services and collaborate with fellow therapy professionals
• Assist with general department operations as needed
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with North Dakota regulations when applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current North Dakota Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain North Dakota licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $40–$46/hour, depending on experience
