AccessHealth is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to serve Virginia Beach and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to help patients perform daily tasks and improve home safety, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes patient education, goal setting, and discharge planning, with a strong focus on compassionate, evidence-based practice in home health settings.

Qualifications

• Must have OT license in Virginia and degree from an accredited OT program.
• Minimum of 2 years OT experience, preferably in home healthcare.
• CPR certification and knowledge of home health regulations.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and documentation ability.
