Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide personalized therapy in patients' homes, helping them regain independence and improve daily functioning. You will assess patients, design goals, and implement exercises to enhance motor skills while educating families on plans and safety.

Ideal candidates hold an active OT license, have at least one year of home health experience, and possess CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with an active OT license.
• At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare.
• CPR certification and knowledge of home health regulations.
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and compassion.
