Role Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive on-site therapy services to clients in New York, NY in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering interventions to improve activities of daily living, mobility, and independence. The role involves working with diverse populations, including pediatric and adult clients, coordinating care with medical providers, and educating patients and families on therapeutic strategies and home programs. The Occupational Therapist will document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner, while maintaining compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Qualifications
