Job summary

Connect Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in the New Braunfels/Schertz, Texas area. You will deliver in-home therapy, perform evaluations, and develop child-specific treatment plans while coordinating with physicians and nurses.

Qualifications

• A valid, active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Pediatric therapy experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfort with home-based care and family collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.


• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.


• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses.


• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient


• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.


• Actively participate in one‑on‑one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
