Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred).
• Current or eligible Occupational Therapy licensure.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 0–2 years of occupational therapy experience; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to maximize independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and equipment use.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers and rehabilitation team for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Mentor rehabilitation assistants, technicians and students as appropriate.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development.
