Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join Home Health of Western Colorado in Montrose, CO. This full-time role requires licensed OT in Colorado, travel to patient homes, and a Monday–Friday 8-hour shift.

Pay Range: $45.75 - $50.35 per hour based on experience.
Schedule: Fulltime, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts.
This position requires travel between patient homes.
The Home Health of Western Colorado is a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home health care agency in Montrose, CO which include experienced team of nurses, rehab therapists and home health aides dedicated to providing individualized health care needs with compassion and empathy. We are trained in caring for older adults, providing in-home health care services in the Delta, Montrose and Ouray counties and Montrose, CO.
