Job summary

AmeriStaff Nursing Services in the Greater Detroit area is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one home health care across the region.

You will evaluate and treat clients in their homes, coordinate with families and other providers, and document care plans with accuracy. This contingent, field-based role offers scheduling flexibility and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid, unrestricted Michigan OT license
• 1+ year of OT experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and time-management skills
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one OT care in patients' homes across Greater Detroit.
• Evaluate and treat clients in home health settings.
• Coordinate with families and other providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
• Manage scheduling and time effectively in a contingent field-based role
