Complete accurate and concise documentation of all communications, coordination and treatment activity. Accept responsibility for evaluation of the patient s functional status and for interpretations and implementation of the physician s plan of care. Complete assessment/reassessment and makes decisions based upon objective tests and measurements.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications
