Job summary

Progress Center is a nonprofit pediatric neuro-developmental center in Longview, WA, delivering outpatient occupational therapy for children aged 3–12. We pride ourselves on a team-based, family-centered approach with flexible scheduling and a generous PTO policy.

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is licensed in Washington to join our in-person program and contribute to a supportive, loan-forgiveness eligible environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice occupational therapy in Washington state.
• Experience providing pediatric outpatient therapy.
• Strong collaboration with families and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services for children aged 3–12.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other therapists to support progress.
