Job summary

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Lincoln, NE to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs that enhance residents’ daily living activities and independence. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care to each resident’s needs and may have flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends to meet patient needs.

The position requires a state license as an Occupational Therapist and a degree in OT (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience: Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to improve daily living activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Assist residents to reach the highest level of independence and functionality.
