Job summary

Emerald Healthcare in Lincoln, NE seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess and implement therapy programs within the Rehab department. You will help residents improve daily activities and independence while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility with scheduling and some weekend duties may apply.

Full-time role (30–40 hrs/week) in a skilled nursing environment; licensure in good standing required; prior SNF experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience: SNF setting preferred but not required.

Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through therapeutic interventions. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs aimed at improving patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their highest level of independence and functionality. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care tailored to each resident's needs. This position offers flexibility with scheduling and is ideal for those looking to work on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience: Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred but not required.
