Qualifications

• OT licensed in Texas.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans with physicians and care team.
• Deliver skilled, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for recovery and independence.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes timely and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families to support understanding, confidence, and engagement in recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners for seamless transitions of care and safe environments.
• Lead and mentor therapy assistants or students and uphold HCA Healthcare’s mission and values.

Your role will include:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
