Let’s Talk! Therapy Center in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric practice.

The role emphasizes clinical treatment of pediatric clients, development of individualized treatment plans, and mentorship of new staff in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Qualified candidates must hold a Nevada OT license and have 3–5 years of OT experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Nevada OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Model, facilitate and drive positive work culture and team morale.
• Evaluate and treat with pediatric clients.
• Create and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records/documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide parent education.
• Mentor new employees and graduate students.

Let’s Talk!Therapy Center is a one-stop pediatric-focused practice located in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada. Our team is rapidly growing—we are expanding and currently have an opening for a full time Speech- Language Pathologist.

Team Lead Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and have a valid/active OT license from the state of Nevada.
