Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Lancaster, SC. You'll support students' lives by working in-person to support function and participation at school.

The role is full-time (37.5–40 hrs/week) with a flexible schedule and pay up to $55/hour. This position covers the 2026-2027 school year in Lancaster, SC.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in South Carolina or willing to obtain SC licensure ASAP.
• Experience supporting students in school settings and writing IEPs preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school-based evaluations and direct treatment for a pediatric caseload.
• Write and maintain IEPs, therapy plans, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary special education team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student success.

What You'll Do
