Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position serving patients across various settings in the United States. The role focuses on evaluating functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments and developing individualized treatment plans.

Ideal candidates will hold an AOTA-accredited OT degree, NBCOT certification if required by the state, and an active OT license. New graduates are welcome to apply and join a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
  • NBCOT certification as an OTR (if required by the state)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all physician orders are current and up to date
