Empowered Heroes Inclusive Therapy seeks an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to work with children and adults, using play-based and functional approaches to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state Illinois license as an Occupational Therapist.
• 2+ years of experience with a variety of patient populations.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of OT principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on self-care and injury prevention.

We’re seeking a dedicated OT to work with children and adults, using creative, play-based, and functional interventions to enhance motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and overall quality of life.
