Job summary

SmallTalk Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our San Diego team. This full-time OT role serves children ages 0–18 across Scripps Ranch, Mission Valley, or El Cajon locations, with a collaborative triad of therapists and families.

You’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, including a four 10-hour days option, manageable caseloads, paid planning, and a supportive culture that helps clinicians thrive while changing kids’ lives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (CA) with current credentialing.
• Experience in pediatric therapy setting is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and family-education skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients ages 0–18.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Educate families and collaborate with OT team and clinicians.
