Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Licensure as an OT; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Preference for advanced training or certification in primary practice area.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients based on subjective and objective data.
• Create and follow a written care plan.
• Deliver treatment aligned with care goals.
• Document interventions and patient progress.
• Reassess and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
