Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health services in Northern Cambria County and Blair County. The role offers true flexibility with PRN opportunities, competitive pay, and the option for daily pay.

You will plan individualized therapy, teach rehab techniques to patients and families, and track progress to guide treatment decisions, working to improve daily living activities for clients in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current unrestricted OT license in the state where you work.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites.
• At least 1 year of OT experience in home health or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individualized therapy programs in a home care environment to help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities
• Teach patients and families rehab techniques, and how to use adaptive equipment for daily tasks
• Record, evaluate, and study patient progress before recommending and implementing further treatment
