We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to for an open position in Houston, TX. This is for an out patient clinic.

Job responsibilities:

• Provides occupational therapy and related services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and with Synergy Care's guidelines.
• Provides quality OT including: Evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment & discharge plan, supervision of assistants & participates in case management.
• Represents Synergy's commitment to quality & service in all interactions with facility.
• Adheres to all state regulations regarding occupational therapy.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist.
