Responsibilities

• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based therapy care.
• Provide early intervention assessment and care.
• Coach employees on optimal body mechanics and work postures.
• Identify and assess ergonomic areas of concern and recommend solutions to lower risk.
• Consult with safety team, plant management, production supervisors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Develop short and long-term goals for patients.
• Provide comprehensive therapy treatment to improve patient well-being and return to optimized functionality.
• Consistently report patient progress to referring physicians and other professionals involved in the ongoing treatment of the patient.
• Create and document home exercise plans for patients to improve benefits of occupational therapy.
• Plan and execute discharge of patient.
