Carolina Pediatric Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to grow—not just their caseload, but their skills, career, and impact.

You’ll evaluate and treat children from birth through age 21 with developmental, sensory, and motor needs, collaborating with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and psychologists.

Clinics, schools, daycares, homes, and telehealth options, plus integrated mentoring, planning time, and user-friendly documentation tools support sustainable, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
• 1+ years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

The Role

As an Occupational Therapist with Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you’ll evaluate and treat children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor-based needs.

Through engaging, evidence-based interventions, you’ll help children participate more fully in everyday life - from play and learning to self-care, sensory processing, and motor development.

You’ll do it as part of an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and supports one another.
