Job summary

Vantage Health Partners is seeking an Entry Level Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team in Greenwood, SC. This full-time, on-site role involves evaluating patients, creating individualized plans, and helping patients regain independence through evidence-based therapy.

You will work with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to support recovery and wellness, while documenting progress and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Assist patients in improving daily living skills such as dressing, bathing, and feeding.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications to support patient independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support recovery and long-term wellness. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician eager to build a strong foundation in patient-centered care.

We offer a competitive hourly compensation range of $35 - $54 USD, along with opportunities for professional development and clinical growth within a supportive healthcare environment.

• Preferred: Experience in hospital or inpatient rehabilitation settings
