Job summary

AdvisaCare in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a flexible, patient-centered team delivering home health services. You will assess, treatment plan, and implement therapy to help clients regain independence in their own homes.

The role supports full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules, with strong emphasis on autonomy, excellent communication, and reliable transportation. A valid Michigan OT license and compassionate, team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license in Michigan.
• Experience in occupational therapy, preferably in home health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible approach.
• Tech-savvy with documentation platforms.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in patients' homes with individualized plans.
• Assess, plan, implement, and monitor therapy to promote independence.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling per agency guidelines.
