Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services seeks an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role in Illinois, offering a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month to maintain active employment. You will evaluate and treat patients, lead community partnerships, and provide resident wellness education through consultations and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and an active OT license in the state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Ability to obtain licensure before start and demonstrate computer proficiency.
