Job summary

Spyglass Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist in California to deliver high-quality, resident-centered therapy. You will design and implement individualized programs to maximize independence, safety and functional outcomes within a collaborative team.

We welcome new graduates and provide strong clinical mentorship, with opportunities to support or travel to nearby facilities based on interest. Onsite roles include flexible full-time, part-time, PRN and per diem options.

Qualifications

• Active California OT license is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in OT.
• New graduates are welcome; experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation is preferred.
• Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare, and SNF regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support functional independence.
• Document resident progress accurately in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care.
• Participate in care conferences and family meetings when applicable.
• Mentor OT Assistants and support staff as applicable.

• Pay Ranges:$60.00 - $70.00 per hour(Based On Experience)
• Bonus for Full-Time Position:$4,000 Hiring & Retention Bonus(Limited Time Offer)

Reporting: This position collaborates closely with the rehabilitation team, interdisciplinary staff, residents, and families to support comprehensive care planning.

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in occupational therapy
• New graduates are welcome to apply; experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare, and skilled nursing facility regulations
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to resident-centered, high-quality care
