Job summary

Wellsprings of Gilbert is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team in Gilbert, AZ.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities with a competitive hourly rate and a sign-on bonus. You’ll work with an experienced interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence and return home safely.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain).
• New graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with cognitive, physical, and ADL deficits and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and regulatory requirements.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, activities, ADL retraining, adaptive equipment training, and other treatment interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families regarding treatment plans and functional outcomes.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge recommendations and summaries.

We have Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients regain independence and return home safely.

• $47 - $53 per hour based on experience
