LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an occupational therapist to provide direct care, assess patient needs, and design personalized treatment plans in a homecare setting. Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state requirements.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience acceptable.
