Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a dedicated occupational therapist to provide direct care to patients in a home-based setting. You will supervise treatments, conduct assessments, and develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

You will also build meaningful relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional well-being, celebrating patient progress and recovery as part of comprehensive home health services.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state requirements.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience acceptable.
