Job summary

Jump Ahead Pediatrics, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time, school-based role in Somerset, New Jersey. The position offers four workdays per week with a fixed schedule from approx.

8:50 am to 3:10 pm and a pay range of $60–$65 per hour, including prep, note time, and lunch. Responsibilities include OT evaluations, IEP development, direct OT services, progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Qualifications

• NJ licensed OT with School Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students.
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services using evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities
• Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.

Requirements:

• NJ State Occupational Therapist License
• NJ School Certification
