Role Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide in-home occupational therapy to patients, helping them restore their physical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow state laws and treatment plans set by supervising OTs, instruct and assist patients within scope, observe and report patient responses, and educate patients, families, and healthcare team members on therapy techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current OT Assistant licensure, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work with diverse patient populations. Preferred skills include multitasking, independence, and strong communication and organizational abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Total cash pay ranges from $48,175 to $72,263 annually, based on productivity and experience. Compensation includes per visit and hourly pay, with additional benefits such as health coverage, recognition programs, and retirement options.
